Access to BA Benefits is changing   

Good news for all former & retired staff! 

The way former & retired staff access their BA benefits is changing.  
 
If you currently receive travel concessions or other BA benefits, please ensure your email address is up to date in Concessions Online via the ESS Portal before 30th September 2026.

If you need to reset your BSAFE password to access Concessions Online before 30th September 2026, please contact the Temporary Helpdesk on +44 (0)20 4583 9998.  
 
After this date, the IT Service Desk will be able to help you update your email address and phone number. Further information will be sent directly to you by email.
