A new clubhouse was built with heated changing rooms and shower facilities, however due to growing numbers an extension was built onto the current clubhouse with landscaping continuing along with new jetties, slipways, with a new car park area. We currently have 5 Dragon Boats and 7 “01 Kayak trainers”.

As part of the British Dragonboat Association Premier League, The BA Hurricanes compete around the UK as well as international events. In 2006 we had fifteen members from our junior and senior teams competing for Great Britain. The Great Britain Senior Women were coached and managed by two members of the BA team.

The Wraysbury Club with its stunning natural beauty has to be one of the best places to hold a BBQ during the summer months. Other social events during the summer include River Boat Discos.

We have highly qualified coaches and helms that represent the Great Britain Team.

Single subscriptions and family subscriptions are available. Our prices are very competitive compared to other clubs in West and South West London. Up to date prices and application forms are available at the sports help desk.

Dragon boating is suitable for children and adults alike from 9 to 99 years old. Some of our members started after a school trip/scouts trip dragon boating. Some started later in life.
