LINE DANCE

The Line Dance Classes have been running weekly since 1996 and welcomes dancers of all ages for improver and intermediate levels. We are a friendly fitness dance class that does not require a partner.

What we offer

We hold classes every Sunday evening 7.30 to 10.30pm. The first half an hour we teach an ‘Improver’ level dance or sometimes review, on request, a dance previously taught. From 8pm teaching is for 'Intermediate' level dancers. The first Sunday of each month is a 'dance night'. Reviews in the first half an hour, then request and dance your favorites old and new.

Facilities/Benefits

Classes are held in the Olympus hall at the Concorde Club, which can hold comfortably over 180 line dancers.

Events

Two workshops are run each year when we welcome awardwinning choreographers to teach us their latest dances. The workshops have included Maggie Gallagher, Kate Sala, Rob Fowler, Crag Bennett and many others. We also run throughout the year other socials events with live acts or disco

Costs

Line Dance classes are £4.50 for BA Clubs members and £6 for Non-members.
