Former BA Staff

We are the BA Touchdown Team. We were originally set up by British Airways, however we are now part of BA Clubs and are located at the Concorde Club in Cranford near Heathrow. We can be contacted between 10.00 - 15.00, Monday to Friday.

We used to be called Retirement Support, and prior to that Retired Employee services. Historically our role was to look after the interests of Company's retired staff group, however more recently our remit has been widened to cover all former employees.

Annual Reunion
You can also arrange to meet up with old colleagues at one of our reunions that are held at the Concorde Club in March each year.  The next is planned for 9 March 2013.
