BA Clubs, through the Altitude Rewards Club, manages the British Airways Staff Voluntary Benefits programme.  Membership of the Altitude Rewards Club is open, free of charge, to all UK-based BA Staff and Retirees, and also all members of BA Clubs whether they are BA employees of not.

The programme is marketed as Altitude, and its benefits are advertised on the BA Clubs’ website and in supplements in the BA News.  They are grouped into three elements: On-line Shopping Discounts, Healthcare Benefits and Direct Benefits.
