BA Clubs in South Wales
British Airways Clubs South Wales covers staff members at Cardiff, Blackwood and Llantrisant sites.
British Airways Club South Wales is the sports and recreation Club for all the staff of BA subsidiary companies based in South Wales (this includes B.A.M.C, B.A.A.E & B.A.I.E). We are locally run by various volunteers from the three sites and we have nearly 700 members on our books.
We organise both social and sporting events and have the following sports sections within the club: cricket, football, golf, rugby and general fitness. Each section, organizes games, fixtures, training sessions, international tours and in some cases even marathon entries!
If this all sounds a little too energetic then there is a thriving social side of the club which regularly organizes theatre trips and shopping days both in London and Cardiff, themed meal evenings, boat trips, racing trips, pantomime tickets, a Christmas ball and much, much more.
Not only that, but members also have the chance to win a monthly prize of up to £25,000 in the central clubs lottery draw for as little as just under a £1 a month.
