Now is as good a time as any to boost your energy levels by joining the Yoga Section at the BAClubs.Contrary to popular belief, one does not have to tie oneself in a knot to practise and enjoy the numerous physical and mental benefits of yoga.
Irrespective of age and level of fitness, the classes are designed to suit everyone and practised under the guidance of professionally qualified tutors. You will soon reap the benefits of stretching and exercising, synchronising breath and movement and learn the art of relaxing and bringing mind, body and spirit into harmony.
The Tuesday sessions between 1900-2030 hours are specifically structured for those with little or no previous experience of Yoga. The charges are competetive too.
