About the Gatwick Club
A first rate social club with a talent to entertain!
LOCATION
A great Club that offers a warm welcome to everyone.
Located in Whitworth Road, Crawley, just 5 minutes from Gatwick Airport and with easy access from all parts of Crawley, the Wingspan Club at Gatwick is ideally located for members and their guests.
Family groups are especially welcome, and throughout the year we organise regular events with families in mind.
Recently re-planned and redecorated, the Clubhouse, bar and patio are increasingly popular as meeting places, and in fine weather there are regular barbecues on the patio.
In summer, take your ease under large parasols and savour a lunchtime snack and a drink with friends and colleagues.
In colder weather, enjoy the warm and cosy Clubhouse with its comfortable new furniture and easy-going atmosphere - it's a near-perfect place to relax and make the most of your leisure time.
FOOD
Currently the kitchen at the Club is closed for refurbishment and will re-open on 1st February 2010.
ENTERTAINMENT
There is a lively programme of entertainments for members and their guests.
Watch important sporting events on the Club's state of the art large screen TV and catch all the sporting action as it happens.
There is a brand new children's' play area within sight of the patio, which conforms to current Health and Safety requirements.
In the Clubhouse, facilities exist for snooker, pool, darts.
The biggest event is the happy atmosphere that never ends. There are Family Fun Days, and an annual Classic Car Show. Themed evenings - Valentines Night, Rodeo Nights, Mens and Girls Nights, a stunning Fireworks Night, and many more. Festive events include wonderful Christmas menus and at New Year we celebrate with fireworks and a disco.
