Conveyancing
This benefit covers all the legal help you may need to buy, sell or re-mortgage your home and is provided through a panel of independent solicitors in England, Wales & Scotland called The Legal Benefits Group. It is available to all BA serving and retired employees.
Employees are eligible for fixed price conveyancing for any sale or purchase of a freehold property up to a maximum value of £500,000.
Procedures have been simplified so that the legal formalities can be concluded quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Legal Benefits
* If a mortgage is involved, lender’s legal fees of £95 are payable.
Fees apply to any freehold property up to a value of £500,000.
If the property is leasehold, a supplement of £150 is payable.
Stamp Duty Land Tax return on a purchase; £50.
If the value is above £500,000 please call for an individual quote.
Fees exclude VAT and disbursements.
